Welcome to Frameur. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the personalised print products and services we offer (together, the "Services"). By browsing our site, creating a design, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Who we are

Frameur creates personalised, made-to-order wall art, including star maps, map location prints, moon phase prints, journey prints, spiral text prints and voice prints. You can reach us at support@frameur.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Personalised, made-to-order products

Our products are produced individually based on the artwork, text and options you provide and approve at checkout. Because each item is unique to you, please review your design carefully. Cancellations, changes, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Content you provide

When you upload an image, enter text, or supply a recording to create a design ("Your Content"), you confirm that you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights. You grant us a limited licence to use, reproduce and process Your Content solely to produce and fulfil your order.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that you do not have the right to use. We may decline or cancel any order containing such content and will refund it where appropriate.

Voice prints and your recording

For voice prints, the visual waveform is generated in your browser from the sound of your recording. We do not store your original audio file. The finished artwork is a visual design and does not play back sound.

Availability, orders, pricing and payment

The products available to you, their pricing and the shipping options depend on the region you are ordering from. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and begin producing your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item was mispriced, is unavailable in your region, or if we cannot process payment, and will refund any amount already charged.

Intellectual property

The Frameur name, website, designs, templates, software and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or exploit them except as needed to use the Services for your own personal order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

We take care to display products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and printed materials. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frameur will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Frameur is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the Services and to orders placed after it is posted.
